    I’ll probably need to upgrade my laptop in the near future and I am dreading having to use Vista. And I’m the ‘go to girl’ in our house for sorting out PC problems so heaven help any non-techie :-) It’s not so much the user experience as the compatibility problems and so-called security features that put me off.
