Thunderbird takes 43rd of 100

Thunderbird has taken the honour of taking 43rd place in PC World’s: The 100 Best Products of 2008 Award.  What I find a bit odd (besides being sandwiched between the Rock Band controllers and the Dell XPS 420) is there is a link to a PC World review in the list. The PC World review titled T-Bird E-Mail App a Winner is from January 27, 2005 and is a review of Thunderbird 1.0 (current released version is 2.0 and prior was 1.5). Oh well, as David Ascher put it, “I can’t wait to see where we land in 2009…
